Join us for beautiful Fall Season in Wine Country, a colorful and energizing time to spend in nature, with yoga, hiking and wine tasting. Enjoy a healthy weekend getaway with other inspiring yogis. We have a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend planned with yoga, wellness, hiking, nourishing and local food and delicious, biodynamic, healing wines.
Nourish your body, connect with your self and nature, and relax and rejuvenate!
The yoga classes will be mostly Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all levels, linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. With creative and balanced sequences, strengthening and lengthening, detoxing and pranayama, you will experience a strong, safe and supportive practice. Modifications and options will be provided for different abilities. You'll have the opportunity to play with some backbends, arm balances, and inversions if you choose, and cool down with some deep stretches to restore the body and mind. There will be one Yin Yoga class during the retreat.
If social distancing is still required by the time of this retreat, all attendees must comply with social distancing during the retreat, in yoga classes, workshops, meals, pool, hiking, and around the property.
Client Testimonial: "Sally is a very talented yogi that makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. The Fall Equinox Retreat was a life changing experience for me. I feel more deeply connected to my inner voice. I was able to deepen my yoga and meditation practice. Above all I had SO much fun. We shared many laughs and bonded with a group of women that I possibly might have never crossed paths with." - Jannette W, Sept 2015
"I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and this was hands down my favorite retreat. Sally comes with a wealth of yoga knowledge and experience that she shares in a comfortable and supportive way. Her classes were deep, insightful, nourishing, and energizing. The group was awesome professional women from a variety of backgrounds. I love that we practiced yoga and meditation together but also had time to explore on our own or in small groups. I already signed up for another Body Flows retreat!" ~ Angela, June 2018
