Join Sally and Body Flows in magical Sedona for our yoga, hiking and vortex retreat! Draw on the powerful spiritual vortex energy and get in touch with nature and your higher self at our rejuvenating yoga, meditation and hiking retreat in magical Sedona, surrounded by world-famous healing red rocks and vortex energy!

Our retreat will be held at the beautiful and intimate Canyon Villa B&B in the heart of Sedona, Arizona, with spectacular views of the red rocks (Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte) from your balcony or patio, the outdoor courtyard and heated outdoor saltwater pool. We will have exclusive use of the property for our group. There are only 10 rooms so this will be a lovely intimate retreat and spaces are limited. Known for the uplifting power of its vortex meditation sites, Sedona is the perfect place to retreat, journey inwards, and connect more deeply with your self, with nature and with the universe. Vortexes are areas of swirling energy that arise from the earth's natural electromagnetic power, where the earth appears especially alive with energy. This can be powerful for meditation, contemplation and healing.

We will practice yoga outdoors around the beautiful outdoor saltwater pool as we draw on the energy of the nearby red rocks and energy vortexes. The morning yoga classes will be mostly vinyasa flow yoga for all levels, linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. With creative and balanced sequences, strengthening and lengthening, detoxing and pranayama, you will experience a strong, safe and supportive practice. Modifications and options will be provided for different abilities. You'll have the opportunity to play with some backbends, arm balances, and inversions if you choose, and cool down with some deep stretches to restore the body and mind. The evening classes will be yin yoga, with longer held seated and supine postures, stretching, lengthening, releasing tension and creating more space in deeper layers of connective tissues in the body. Yin yoga is also a perfect opportunity to journey inwards and practice meditation.

Not Included

  • Transport to and from the retreat. Coordination of shared car rental and car pooling with other participants can be arranged if you email us at least one month before the retreat.
  • Travel Insurance (we recommended including the "cancel for any reason" clause)
  • Massages and spa treatments can be booked at nearby spas for additional cost. We will provide a list of recommended nearby massage therapists and spas closer to the retreat.

Just 50 minutes drive from Flagstaff airport and 2 hours drive from Phoenix airport, Canyon Villa B&B is easily accessible by car, taxi or airport shuttle by Groome Transportation. Airport shuttles must be booked ahead of time due to availability, and some services may be seasonal so it's recommended to contact the shuttle company directly and book ahead of time.

What To Bring

Yoga mat, comfortable clothes for yoga and hiking, sturdy hiking shoes or hiking boots, water bottle and/or hydration pack for hiking, flashlight, bathing suit for outdoor pool, sun lotion and sun hat, warm and waterproof jacket or sweater for cool or wet weather, optional eye mask or small hand towel to cover eyes during meditations.

Note: There are no yoga mats or props so please bring your own yoga mat and (optional) blocks, blanket, bolster, strap. We understand it may not be possible to bring blocks, blankets and bolsters if you are traveling by flight. We will keep this in mind during the yoga classes and adjust as needed.

Note: Dogs and other pets are not permitted. The only animals that are allowed are certified service animals, accompanied by a person with a disability.


The rooms are modern with a traditional and classic elegance and decor. All rooms have french doors opening to either a private balcony or access to a shared patio overlooking the stunning red rocks! All rooms have a private bathroom with custom bath amenities, hair dryer, bathrobes, coffee maker, refrigerator, AC and TV. 9 rooms have 1 King bed, 1 room has 1 queen bed. All rooms may be booked as single occupancy or double occupancy sharing the bed. 3 rooms have a sofabed that can be made up as another bed for triple occupancy. Cost and Sign Up

All participants must be 21 or over.

No smoking or vaping.

A $250 deposit is required to secure your spot or you may pay in full. The balance is due 95 days prior to the retreat because we need to confirm your spot with the venue by 90 days prior. You will receive reminder emails a few days prior to your balance due date. If the retreat is less than 95 days from the date of registration, the full amount is required.

Double and Triple occupancy rooms are for friends or family members signing up together since bed sharing is required. If you would like to share a room with a friend who is booking separately please mention their name on your registration form.

All rooms have a private bathroom.
