The Lumeria Retreat and Wellness Center is the perfect luxury location for our Memorial Day Weekend Maui Yoga Retreat, just minutes from tropical Hawaiian beaches and a short drive from Maui's Kahului airport. Surrounded by some of the most picturesque nature trails and waterfalls, horse back riding and Maui's premier tourist attractions, Lumeria offers the perfect location for a peaceful, authentic, intimate and transformative retreat experience.
You will have the opportunity to practice 2 yoga classes daily, including vinyasa flow for all levels and yin/restorative yoga, healing and rejuvenating for the body, mind and soul. Linking movement with the breath, and moving your body through both yin and yang postures, we'll help you to build strength and flexibility inside and out. Our daily guided meditations will help you to calm the mind and discover a space of stillness within, from which many possibilities may arise. Optional workshops will be offered during the retreat (including Yoga and Essential Oils, and the Eight Limbs of Yoga, taking Yoga into your Daily Life). All classes and workshops are optional although encouraged!
Optional trips can be coordinated to nearby beaches, volcano and local towns, and you will have plenty of free time if you would like to explore the island yourself or book additional activities such as boat trips, surfing, water sports, horseback riding, zip lining and more. We hope you can make the most of your time on the beautiful tropical island of Maui!
Massages and spa treatments are available onsite and can be booked upon arrival.

This retreat will be held at the luxury and deeply relaxing sanctuary Lumeria Maui Retreat and Wellness Center, located on the North Shore of Maui near the quaint surfing village or Paia, Baldwin Beach and the famous surfing beach of Ho Okipa. Nestled on six lush tropical and edible acres on the slopes of Haleakala, the entire property has island and ocean vistas. The upcountry Paniolo (cowboy) town of Makawao is also just up the hill.

The retreat center is a short 20 min taxi ride from Kahului Airport. If you would like to tour the island during your free time, it is recommended to rent a car for the duration of the retreat.

Growing up in Scotland, Sally has been an athlete since childhood, always loving movement and fascinated by the human body, the power of the mind and the greater Universe. She is grateful to have the opportunity to inspire others to live a healthier and happier life and awaken to their inner desires and purpose, through the gifts of yoga, meditation, reflection, mindful movement, massage, energy healing and essential oils.

Tentative Schedule, based on a 5 night retreat. All classes, workshops and trips are optional! Also, the days for the optional trips may be adjusted as needed, depending on availability and interest.
Beach towel, water bottle, alarm clock, flashlight and batteries, walking sandals or shoes, insect repellent and after bite, tea tree oil for bites, sun block, bathing suit, yoga clothes, sunglasses, camera, cash, passport and travel insurance documents. You may bring your yoga mat if you wish, or use a mat from the retreat center. Yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and bolsters will be provided at the retreat center.
Lumeria's 24 individually designed luxurious guestrooms with ocean views, feature Hawaii-inspired, organic interiors that reflect Maui though are collected from around the world. Each room is unique, with works by local Maui artists featured throughout the property. The intimately designed environment facilitates deep relaxation, inner peace and tranquility.
A $250 deposit is required to secure your spot or you may pay in full. The balance is due 95 days prior to the retreat. You will receive reminder emails a few days prior to your balance due date. If the retreat is less than 95 days from the date of registration, the full amount is required.
