Our secluded retreat center offers a haven away from the ordinary, situated in the peaceful Mohawk Valley near Eugene, Oregon. The property offers exclusive use for our retreat group, ensuring an intimate and tranquil experience where you can fully immerse yourself in nature’s silence and stillness.
Experience the magic of sleeping in gorgeous, comfortable Zen-style Tipis—taking glamping to the next level. These unique accommodations are beautifully furnished with warm beds, linens, and decor, providing a truly unique natural comfort. For those who prefer a more traditional setting, a limited number of indoor cabins or studios are also available.
All Tipis, cabins, and rooms (excluding the indoor Studio, which has a private bath) have access to a centrally located bathhouse with full facilities, ensuring comfort during your stay.
The program is designed to restore balance and cultivate inner calm through a consistent practice of movement and guided relaxation.
Guests will enjoy six outdoor yoga classes on a beautiful wooden yoga deck, surrounded by the peaceful energy of the tall trees. Each session includes powerful guided meditations and chakra balancing work to calm the body and mind and assist in the journey inwards.
The classes are mostly Vinyasa Flow Yoga for all levels, focusing on linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. Sequences include creative and balanced movements for strengthening, lengthening, and detoxing, complemented by pranayama. One evening session will feature deeply restorative Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra, perfect for deep stretching and reflection.
This retreat emphasizes connecting with the elements through healthy eating and enjoying the pristine natural environment.
The property offers beautiful natural features for relaxation and rejuvenation during your free time.
You can relax by the charming creek that runs through the property or take a short 15–20 minute walk to swim at a refreshing natural local swimming hole. You can also soak your tired muscles and fully relax in the onsite hot tub after your yoga practice. Optional self-guided hiking on nearby trails (15-minute drive) is also available.
You will be nourished with nine delicious, healthy, nourishing meals throughout the three-night retreat. The meals are gourmet, wholesome, and mostly plant-based with fish and poultry options. We proudly accommodate various dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free). The experience is further enhanced with a tasting of local, biodynamic wines from Oregon’s Wine Country two evenings.
