Our retreat is hosted at the gorgeous, private lake and beachfront resort, Tahoe Lakeshore Lodge & Spa, situated on the beautiful South Shore of Lake Tahoe, California. This premier venue offers an incredible, secluded, and peaceful setting, complete with its own private stretch of sandy beach and sweeping views of the tranquil blue waters and alpine vistas.

The accommodations are designed to offer a warm, rustic Tahoe experience, furnished with classic pine log furnishings and decor.

Room Amenities

All rooms include a gas fireplace, mini-fridge, and, most importantly, a private balcony or patio overlooking Lake Tahoe, ensuring every moment is steeped in the natural beauty of the surroundings. Single, double, triple, or quadruple occupancy options are available.

We offer 1-2 daily yoga classes for all levels, incorporating guided meditations.

Beachfront Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

The morning Vinyasa Yoga and Meditation sessions are often held on the resort’s private beach, linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. The sequences are creative and balanced, focusing on strengthening, lengthening, detoxing, and pranayama. The early evening classes feature deeply restorative Yin Yoga, with longer held postures to release tension and encourage inward reflection.

Invigorating Alpine Hiking Adventures

Embrace a sense of adventure with invigorating alpine hikes through serene forest trails, reconnecting with nature at every step.

Hiking Trails

The retreat includes three alpine hikes with spectacular lake and mountain views. Guests will have options for distances between 2-4 miles on each hike (or longer/shorter depending on preference), exploring trails at approximately 6,000–7,000 ft altitude.

Healthy and Nourishing Meals

Guests will enjoy three delicious, healthy, nourishing meals per day. The cuisine is primarily plant-based with fish and poultry options, and can accommodate special dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free) if requested ahead of time.

Free Time Activities
