Following your heart and living each moment from your heart center can shift your whole world and attract more than you even thought possible. We'll weave the heart opening theme through this weekend yoga retreat in California wine country, available for all levels. Through yoga, meditation, nature, essential oils, vision boards, chakra balancing, sound healing and a little wine tasting, there's something for everyone at this retreat. Just one hour drive north of San Francisco, and 10 mins drive from Sonoma town plaza, our retreat will be held at a beautiful and comfortable family owned venue. Connect more deeply with your inner self, your heart's desires, with nature and with others. Relax, rejuvenate, renew.

The yoga classes will be mostly Vinyasa Flow, linking movement with the breath, moving your body through both power and restorative poses, available for all levels and abilities. The classes will be theme-based, creative and balanced and will incorporate pranayama (breathing), strengthening, stretching, detoxing, energizing, and meditation. You will experience a safe and nurturing practice, leaving you feeling relaxed yet energized. There will be one Yin class during the retreat, as well as optional workshops, including essential oils, chakra balancing, sound healing, and vision board creation to create new intentions for the new year.

All levels are welcome. We look forward to meeting you! If you have any questions or concerns about the level of yoga or anything else, please feel free to contact us.

Client Testimonial: "Everything and everyone made this retreat enjoyable and special. The location was amazingly nice, the farm fresh food was superb, and quite surprised that we were served so much good food. In addition to that we had a variety of yoga classes, vinyasa style, yin, nidra and a special sound bowls. Throw in a hike or two, wine tasting and a bunch of insightful ladies which made the retreat extra perfect. Lastly, Sally Mitchell our instructor was the best." - Trina, August 2018

Client Testimonial: "I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and this was hands down my favorite retreat. Sally comes with a wealth of yoga knowledge and experience that she shares in a comfortable and supportive way. Her classes were deep, insightful, nourishing, and energizing. The group was awesome professional women from a variety of backgrounds. I love that we practiced yoga and meditation together but also had time to explore on our own or in small groups.
