Payment: We're using a new payment system for our online yoga classes! We are using the same payment system as our Body Flows Retreats, so please excuse the word "trip" in your confirmation email. You are taking a trip to your yoga mat not to a retreat in nature...coming soon! Please make your payment below and you will receive an email with the zoom link to register.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds. If you purchase a class and register for the zoom meeting but end up not being able to attend that class, you may reschedule for another zoom meeting class within the same month. If you purchase a monthly unlimited package, and end up not being able to attend any classes at all during that month, you may use your monthly unlimited pass for a future month. If you purchase a monthly unlimited package and attend at least 1 class during the month, your package will expire at the end of the month.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Linking movement with the breath for an energizing yet relaxing flow. With creative and balanced sequences, strengthening and lengthening, detoxing and pranayama, you will experience a strong, safe and supportive practice. Modifications and options will be provided for different abilities. You'll have the opportunity to play with some backbends, arm balances, and inversions if you choose, and cool down with some deep stretches to restore the body and mind. Everyone is welcome.
Iron Yoga: Holding power yoga postures and using light to moderate weight dumbbells for upper body strength training, Iron Yoga is a strong, challenging yet mindful practice that will help you to build lean muscle mass, tone your body physically, whilst practicing mindful awareness of the breath and body. Connecting mind with breath, muscle, movement and static peak contraction, Iron Yoga is available for everyone, with options and modifications provided for varying abilities. Platform: Zoom video conferencing
Prepare: Yoga mat, comfortable clothes, block (or shoebox or stack of books), strap (or belt or towel), cushion or blanket, light dumbbells (for Iron Yoga), laptop or mobile device with microphone and video, and strong wifi.
