We are thrilled to offer you and your family a private getaway retreat in Sonoma Wine Country, California, with socially distanced outdoor yoga classes, guided meditations, opening and closing circles, led hikes or trail runs, and other wellness workshops if you choose.
Partnering with beautiful Sonoma hotels and lodgings of varying budgets, you will have the opportunity to relax, rejuvenate and renew in a beautiful setting in nature whilst also close to historic Sonoma plaza with boutique shops, cafes and wine tasting rooms.
The yoga classes will be taught by Sally Mitchell, the founder of Body Flows. "Loved this and highly recommend! Best retreat I have ever attended, and I will be back. Great accommodations, absolutely delectable food, lovely people, stellar yoga and gifted teacher (I am a longtime yogi, and it was plenty challenging, whilst accessible for everyone! Now that is hard to do. I really learned from Sally - her cues and adjustments excellent), time to yourself, hiking and wine tastings. Really, really well done. Namaste, Sally! I am so grateful." - Julie S, March 2019

"I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and this was hands down my favorite retreat. Sally comes with a wealth of yoga knowledge and experience that she shares in a comfortable and supportive way. Her classes were deep, insightful, nourishing, and energizing. The group was awesome professional women from a variety of backgrounds. I love that we practiced yoga and meditation together but also had time to explore on our own or in small groups. I already signed up for another Body Flows retreat!" ~ Angela, June 2018
